Key Sections of WATF VIP Transport LLC transportation services:

Scope of Services: It is our responsibility and pleasure at WATFVIP Transport LLC to provide our customers with a very high level of quality transportation services ensuring a timely, safe and a pleasant ride.

Driver’s and Customer’s Responsibilities:

• Driver Responsibilities: Timely pickup and dropoff, maintaining insurance, proper vehicle maintenance, using qualified and licensed drivers, and securing passengers and their belongings during transit between the pickup and dropoff locations.
• Customer Responsibilities: Providing accurate information like name, phone number, email address, pickup location, date, time and dropoff location.

Transportation Service Rules and restrictions:

1. Free cancellation up to 7 DAYS before pickup, 50% penalty up to 2 DAYS  before pickup and 100% penalty under 2 DAYS  for pickup.

2. Additional stops during transfers are $30 per stop if along route, up to 1 hour .

3. Additional wait time will be charged at a rate of US$30 per hour or fraction.

4. One (1) hour waiting window for private aircraft. After one hour the standard wait rate will apply.

5. Carrying or using illegal substances in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.

6. Service request cutoff time is 6 hours before pickup.

7. Vehicles may not be loaded beyond manufacturer’s recommendation.

8. All prices expressed in U.S. Dollars, includes tolls, airportparking or interurban expenses.

9. Pickup or dropoff between 00:00 and 08:00 will carry a $8.00 additional charge.
